At the age of 24, Ephren W. Taylor II became the youngest African-American CEO of any publicly traded company ever -- City Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CCCN).

At 12, Ephren started his first business venture making video games. By 17, he had made his first million from his technology company, an innovative website connecting high school and college students with employers.

As CEO of City Capital Corporation, the now 25-year-old Ephren oversees $250 million in assets, serving a diverse client list ranging from Wall Street investors, top executives, professional athletes and even entertainment icons.
