How Do We Use the Information We Retain?

Personal Information: We will use personal information submitted to us in order to operate the Program.  We may also use personal information to keep Students up-to-date with information about the Program, for example by sending email newsletters and similar communications.

Tracking Technologies:  If The Partnership uses Website tracking information, it will only be in an aggregate form that does not identify the individual user, and only for us to understand how well our Website is working. For example, we may develop anonymous, aggregate, statistical information on Web site and content usage (which we may disclose to our customers and suppliers), such as by keeping count of return visitors to the Website and assessing which pages of the Website are most popular.  This allows us to determine which features visitors like best to help us improve our content and site, personalize your user experience, and measure overall site effectiveness.

Legal Exception:  Notwithstanding the above, The Partnership may use Personal Information and other information collected through the Website to the extent required by law or if in The Partnership’s reasonable discretion use is necessary to protect The Partnership’s legal rights or to protect third parties.

What Information Do We Disclose to Third Parties?

Registration Information: The Registration Information submitted by Students is freely available for viewing on the Website by other Students and by corporate members of the Program.

Personal Information:  The Partnership does not sell or rent its mailing list, and will not disclose your personal information to any third parties except as disclosed above or to contractors engaged to perform services on behalf of The Partnership, unless we have obtained your prior consent.  However, The Partnership reserves the right to disclose any information The Partnership collects in connection with the Website (a) to any successor to The Partnership’s business as a result of any merger, acquisition or similar transaction; and (b) to any law enforcement or regulatory authority, to the extent required by law or if in The Partnership’s reasonable discretion disclosure is necessary to protect The Partnership’s legal rights or to protect third parties.

Anonymous, Aggregated Information:  We may disclose anonymous, aggregated information to third parties such as potential business partners and funding sources, in order to describe our business and operations.
