The College to Career Program (C2C) trains students of color in the Greater Boston area, both undergraduate and graduate, in preparation for the workplace. Personal growth is fostered in the career development process as well through increased exposure, new challenges and peer learning. C2C is about empowering motivated individuals ready to become “the next big thing.”
The program aims to alert talented students of color to the many opportunities available in Boston. A range of activities are held throughout the academic year, all of which promote networking among potential employers, other students of color and professionals of color with established careers.
Boston has plenty to offer and, we believe, so do its students.
